I think she is in essence, a human-hoarder. Instead of cats, or collecting junk, she collects kids.
I think it's some sick twin of love, because the money will never be enough to make up for the costs.

She definitely had plastic surgery - they showed images of her from years ago and she actually was very pretty and definitely had a different nose and non puffy lips. That being said - she seems to have a compulsive disorder - or obsession - you know those woman who cant get enough plastic surgery - she seems that way and with kids too. I wish the kids well and hope she does not mess it up by neglecting any of them. I would only buy her book if she ends of totally handling it and I would get lessons from her - I feel so inadequate raising 2 kids when I watch The Duggars.
