Maybe you could go to a used clothing store and see if anything inspires a costume? Or wear black and go as a witch or a cat or something that just requires props/ accessories to become an actual costume?

I usually don't dress up. Though last year I randomly found a half-price Wicked Witch of the West costume at Target that just happened to fit perfectly, so I bought it. it was super hot. (as in boiling, not sexy.)
