85k - combination of work for a college and private practice.

4 years in marketing, 14 years total experience
Biggest perk is flex time, wfh, unlimited vaca

$45k + $5k bonus (which depends on the company's performance, so some years even if I do my job, if the company has too many losses no one gets anything)

Ok these software developers making $150k plus how do you swing that? Are you managers or just some whiz with a niche speciality? I'm a java developer working for smaller defense vendors. What field is this in which commands such salaries?
