Are you fooling yourself about your teens driving?

I have a new driver in the house. We are seriously thinking of installing a tracking device on the car to monitor his speed and other activities. Found this item online http://www.motosafety.com/. What's nice about this is that the teen is aware of the device and it is used as a teaching tool.

He took his driving test a couple of weeks ago, and honestly it was all of ten minutes. They went around the block and he passed. I really think it should be harder to get your license.
