There is definitely a cost savings for seltzer-- I think pretty much the first CO2 cartridge paid for the sodastream, and after that it was savings.

They are closing it and relocating operations to Beersheva, in Israel "proper". The West Bank Arabs will no longer be paid "slave wages," or any other wages for that matter, at least not by Sodastream.
