Disney World next summer - mid-June or late August?

Yes, it is a much better time. President's week is kind of busy, but nothing compares to the crowd and heat of summer months. Standing in lines in cool weather is so much more pleasant. This is a busy week, so I would assume everything will be open. They typically close some rides in January for maintenance. Enjoy!

+1. Off peak hotel rates, free dining plan, low crowds. Love it. It's never a problem to get DD's word study and math packet done before she returns. We won't always be able to do this, so we are maximizing it now. But we are disney lovers, no apologies.

Many year round schools have a break near Presidents Day. It can be crowded and it gets dark early, can be cold, no water rides, the parks close early. Not a fan
