Yup, that butter chicken is to die for: literally, given the amount of fat and dairy that went in.
Purists on the NYTimes comments section have been squabbling that it's really a recipe for chicken tikka masala but that should not dissuade anyone. It is delish!

I think it will work. It is a mild deliciously spiced dish, not chile-hot at all.
