Yeah, I'd love to know how the PPs is so low. Yours sounds right to me - 3700 is incredibly low for that loan amount.

Yes, I have a 2.5% interest rate. It's variable rate (5/5 arm) so in 5 years it could go up to 4.5. I probably won't live in the house more than 7-8 years so that is why I went with a variable rate ARM

When you say mortgage, do you mean the original amount of the loan (which is what the monthly payment would be based on) or the amount you actually owe?
