I used to think Israel was being too harsh by restricting cement imports to Gaza. I also read the National Geographic magazine about the tunnels from Gaza into Egypt- those tunnels were used to smuggle food and other vital supplies along with lots of weapons. Egypts new government has sealed 90% of those tunnels.

But these Gaza / Israel tunnels? Notice what they are made of? Cement! Israel was right to restrict cement imports - look at what was done ?

What purpose could these tunnels have other than offensive terrorist attacks on Israel?

Israel is at war with Hamas, not with the Palestinian people. The Palestinians should rise up against Hamas, a designated terrorist organization.

Wow, you can rationalize anything and everything to fit your beliefs. How are these people suppose to good goods and services into their community? Israel isn't supplying it. Try thinking with an open mind and not relying on one source of informercials.

I cannot believe this quote. You think reliance on aid for food is acceptable? In their situation, you would do exactly the same.

I just can't get over this:

800 Palestinians in Gaza dead. 36 Israelis dead.

Most of the dead Palestinians were civilians.

All of the dead Israelis were soldiers.

Come on. How is that in any way defendable?
