Yorktown attendance island?

That's for single-family homes. Arlington is full of THs and apartment dwellings, too.

Obviously. But that's still a higher number than I expected for SFH in the entire county, not just N Arlington.

So not 1.05M but 908K. Still pretty high for the entire county--I'm surprised by that.

Average price shoots up when just a few $4 million condos are sold. That's why Georgetown 20007 is always the highest "average" in DC: once each year, one $12 million mansion changes hands.

What is the MEAN sales price in Arlington? That would be instructive.

Three new homes sold at $2-2.4 million this summer in Lyon Village. 1 on 17th StN, 2 on N Garfield. Prices have definitely shot up.

That's also outside the "attendance island."

I assume that people are responding to the earlier comment:

"There aren't many $2 million properties in Arlington to begin with"

That's true as well but the context was the attendance island.

The most recent context was county-wide home sales data. Try to keep up. Unless you're just trying to be argumentative....

Sounds like you want to focus on a tangent. Stay on topic.
