Ummm, that's kind of how percentages work. Nothing misleading or even startling about it. |
+1, an example of misleading would be the IT reference up thread. They intentionally hire almost half of the resident teachers with intent of them leaving the following year. |
So you have an axe to grind against CM as well? What a surprise. |
| No axe here--only negativity here is in the mind of you hapless negative ninnys. I was merely stating facts as usual. I was saying that if you look only at the percentage one might be surprised and may think that 8% is a high turnover however when you look beneath the percentage you will find that in fact only one teacher left. But you know what? I am done with you guys. I was merely giving the CM poster info she was looking for. But why bother to give info? Any remark that is not glowing means you have an axe to grind. Any glowing remark means you are a booster and not to be trusted. Get a life. Bye. |
Who would think 8% seems like a high turnover rate? seems low to me, whether 1 out of 12, 3 out of 36, or 8 out of 100. |
You just come across as unaware and a very bad researcher. Your analysis in general is off and you are being called out for it. |
