Your pores do not open and close with temperature fluctuations. You know this, right? |
I can't believe you're still alive!! |
|
Well, it sure beats the posters who hate the new construction. |
| bwahhhaaahhhaaa!!! WHAT??? |
| This is a joke, right? |
My thinking, also. And it helps to towel-dry before getting dressed. |
lol
|
I am seriously sitting at my desk at work right now, laughing out loud. OP, does your DH wait to go outside after taking a shower also? |
|
I wasn't sure I would click on this, but then i wondered if the person was afraid of lightning (someone got hit in their backyard the other night in the DC area - saw it on the news last night).
This was better. |
| I'm really curious where you got this idea, OP. Was it drilled into you as a child? By whom? |
LOL LOL |
| I am more concerned about what might be coming out of open pores this time of year. The Metro was rank yesterday. Please bathe, people. |
Depends on how hot (the woman is). Really hot, go out right away -- before the clothes go on. I might enjoy the view. If you look like Rozanne, 2 years minumum. |
Pores don't open and close at all! They're just...there. |
|
OP,
I understand what you're saying. My Mom is from the South and she believes you shouldn't go directly outside after showering in cold weather because you'll get sick. Not sure about her rationale and, while I know it's silly, I still follow it today. *BTW, go on out. You'll be fine.
