if your parents are local, how often do you see them?

About 2 times a week but it varies depending on what is going on in life. They are a few miles away.

My parents live about a 15 minute drive away. How often we see them depends on how much of a jackass my mother is being. Right now she is being a big one so we won't see them for awhile.

My MIL lives about 45 minutes away. I leave it to my husband to make plans with her and he rarely does so usually only see her on holidays.

I see my MIL daily as we live in the same house. FIL about once a week or so. That meaning 'seeing' as in we meet when picking up our mail, run into each other on the street, go into the garage at the same time...daily activities that accidentally have us bump into each other. We don't actually 'meet' my in laws on purpose very often at all. We go out to eat together every once in a while and that's about it.

My parents (divorced) both live about a mile away form us. I generally see them once a week for a couple hours, although that varies depending on what else is going on in all our lives.
