My parents did Nutrisystem a couple times, but honestly, you CAN replicate it on your own with a little research. It is mostly about portion control and balanced diet.
When I was focusing on my diet and exercising to lose weight, I used Sparkpeople to track my calories and such and had joined a gym to go to group exercise classes a couple times a week. I needed the extra push of spending the monthly money on the gym to make me go to class, but you can also exercise at home - there are plenty of free internet videos, you could buy DVD's, you can run for free. Yes, celebs do have access to more because of money - trainers and endorsement deals with Nutrisystem/Jenny Craig/Weight Watchers or personal chefs. And I'd love to have a tummy tuck to fix my ugly stomach that didn't go away even at my thinnest. All of that aside, I would also rather see someone like her than the Posh Spice/Goopy's of the world who are not "normal." |
Agree. I also like that she's conservative and doesn't give a shit that people bitch at her for it.....I'm mostly liberal but I find conforming to views to appease the masses and for Hollywood to not be an outcast pathetic. |
Your are wrong. She looks healthy. |

Seriously, those who think she is fat are those who spend way too much time looking at emaciated models and forget what a normal person actually looks like.
It is like the Barbie vs. average-woman Barbie. http://www.npr.org/blogs/health/2014/04/04/298771047/could-a-barbie-get-real-what-a-healthy-fashion-doll-looks-like |

| The first bikini pic (from a few years ago) looks more real than these. |
