She does look good. She's been through the bikini weight loss pictures before in 2009. If she used Nutrasystem it will be interesting to see her long term success.

OK, yes, there was photoshopping and such. But, I actually watch that show of hers on ABC Family. I've watched her go up and down through that. She has genuinely lost the weight and looks pretty darn good these days. Good for her.

I remember the previous picture of her in a bikini. I think she was 113 lbs? That was about the time when I personally had just lost 15 lbs and was about that same weight. I felt damn good about myself, too. I wasn't wearing a bikini because my stomach is still hideous with stretch marks and such, BUT 113 lbs is NOT chubby. It is NORMAL and fit.

Jesus people, you need to get your heads out of your asses. That is a NORMAL size for a woman. NORMAL and healthy.

Just like that chick who just won biggest loser and looked skeletal at the reveal - that was UNhealthy. She's now put a bit of weight back on and looks fantastic. Having curves is NOT fat.

I wish I knew who fixed her stomach. No one looks like that after carrying sextuplets. Her belly button looks abnormally high but not so high that it's horrible. But clearly that chick has had some major, MAJOR work. She did not achieve those results all by herself..

It's not a secret. Kate Gosselin went through the tummy tuck on the show, and it was in all the magazines. Dr. Lawrence Glassman, the father of Hailey Glassman, who later dated Jon Gosselin, did it for free.

I like her, and she looks great. But let's not pretend that's a "natural" photo. That would establish unrealistic expectations for the rest of us.

I must have stopped watching the show at that point but I had heard that she got a tummy tuck. Not sure what else she's had done but I'm guessing...more than a tummy tuck.

Yes, but looking good after number 3 is not the same as "looking good".

My mom looked amazing after having 3 kids. 5'4", 105 lbs, no stretch marks, no fat anywhere. She didn't diet or exercise. Some people spring back and some people don't. MJH looks like she had a tummy tuck -- among other things.

I am very small and older than MJH. After 2 kids, I have flab on my stomach that is not going to go away. I think if plastic surgery is the answer and you can afford it, take the risk of a botched surgery, can bear the pain of recovery - then more power to you.

MJH is looking healthy. Yes, she has body paint on and some photo-shopping - but still looks normal, fit and healthy. Stars are human too. Her beauty is more accessible than the anorexic and cyborg-like Victoria Beckham, plus she looks happy in her life and does not rub people the wrong way like Gwyneth Paltrow. I am happy that she looks like a fit mom you could run into at the park, and not some plastic doll.

She did it with the help of Nutrisystem! She didn't do on her own, someone told her what to do, what to eat, etc.

Not being jealous or negative, just pointing out she had help and can afford help that some of us can't!
