I am totally going to start saying this. But actually, I am the worst offender in the unstylish socks category. Sorry for offending you all.

Nothing offending how comes? I also use to say follow your own style and don't follow fashion, just get inspired by it. But at the end, what's more important is not giving a damn if too fashion conscious (or fashion closed, it depends) people are offended.
That said, I think a simple pair of black ankle socks with is stylish without effort or having to worry much about colors and whatnot .
