Ever since you posted this I've been obsessively thinking about it. My Clementines are simmering. House smells lovely and I can't wait to eat this with my coffee in the morning. |
| I squeeze them into a pitcher of iced tea,and add spices such as ground cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. Adding some lemon slices with the clementines makes it even better. Leave the rind on the lemon quarters or slices. Best if allowed to sit overnight. |
