I do not cook much. I love cooking gadgets. Go figure. So any tool that makes cooking go faster? I'm good with.

Favorite hands down are baking stones and stoneware of any kind. Pasta dishes are incredible when cooked in the Pampered Chef clay bowl. Lasagnes in a rectangular clay baker. Pizzas on the stone. Stones are God's gift to oven cooking.

I do clean. I love cleaning gadgets. Swiffers esp. SO MUCH!

Something like this:
http://www.amazon.com/OXO-Grips-Apple-Corer-Divider/dp/B00004OCKT/ref=sr_1_12?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1393547786&sr=1-12&keywords=apple+peeler+corer+slicer

I just wish it would peel it as well.

Lol, I always thought apple slicers were for lazy people and were stupid. I have kids now, and have the OXO slicer, and absolutely love it! Luckily, my kids like the apple skin

I'm really glad that I bought a non-stick oven liner to protect from spills.

Not a gadget but I got a medium garbage pail with a lid, and instead of fooling around with brown paper bags to hold the recyclables, I just put them in the garbage pail in the broom closet. When it's full I just take it to the recycling super can and dump it out. It's made my life easier and the recyclables much more manageable.

Agree with mini-chopper and stick blender!

Good metal tongs. The Oxo good grips ones are the best.
