Robert Redford = perfection.
Gregory Peck was pretty easy on the eyes. |
|
Young Henry Fonda. Like Grapes of Wrath Henry Fonda.

How could no one have named Rock Hudson yet? Totally insanely hot. Agree on the others though - especially Montgomery Clift and Burt Lancaster.
One thing I find fascinating is that most of the old school actors were very masculine, extremely handsome/striking. Today's actors are generally just yuck in comparison. Yes, that means George Clooney, Ben Affleck and Brad Pitt. No, I don't find Ryan Gosling even remotely attractive. |
| Morgan Fairchild |

Laurence Olivier. And I was shocked recently to see pics of Peter O'Toole when he was young - gorgeous!
Another vote for Sean Connery. |
I agree. He had a special charm about him. Like he was a guy every girl wants to date and marry. |
| Cary Grant, Montgomery Clift, Gregory Peck. |
Paul Newman, Marlon Brando, Robert Redford. |
| Paul Newman for me. I had to google young Brando. He was much better looking than I expected (but a tad smarmy) . I was only familiar with Fat Brando... |
| Harry Belafonte |
Yes, he was beautiful. |
| Robert Wagner |
God, you are so right. Drop f'ing dead gorgeous... |
| James Dean was hung like a horse. I once opened a book on sale in a train station in France and there was a photo of him in all his glory. (Actually, maybe too big.) |

Here's Montgomery Clift. Yum!
