| No, but we eat a lot of seaweed. It's high in iodine, probably too high. Also, unless you cook every single thing from scratch you will get iodine from processed foods. Not just junk food- there is salt in cereal, bread, tomato sauce.. Lots of basic staples used by most ordinary people. |
