Ummmm...it's silvadene, not silver. And it's a first line treatment for burns, wounds, ulcers. Please don't go rubbing your Pandora charms on your children to ward off a staph infection.

Spirochetes cause a lot of damage to the nervous system. This is not as simple as a sinus infection. A few weeks of untreated Lyme disease (also a spirochete) left me with permanent nerve damage.
