I use splenda brown sugar

I add some artificial sweetener and a good amount of vanilla--the kind in glycerin, not alcohol. Mix it up and it tastes like whipped cream. Another thing I do is mix it with no-sugar jello.

Cabot makes a good greek yogurt.

Mix in dry rolled oats the night before and fresh or frozen or dried fruits. Refrigerate overnight. Yum. Maple syrup or honey if not sweet enough, but yes, over time you can cut it entirely. Nuts and flax seeds are good, too.

I use it like sour cream -- on a baked potato, or a taco salad.

Or eat it with rice.

minced cucumbers and yellow onion, a pinch of salt and pepper, a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of half a lemon.

use whole milk organic greek yogurt.

Serve with pita bread that has been warmed in a low skillet with olive oil, a sprinkle of kosher salt & pepper and fresh rosemary.

Use as a dip with grilled meats and meatball dishes. Really really good this way. The coolness and creaminess is a nice complement to the meat.

Cinnamon and wheat germ. Might sound weird but it's so good. Try to find the honey crunch wheat germ. Add a little honey on top if not sweet enough or a bit of Truvia or Splenda.

Agree with others who've said try different varieties, and don't be afraid of the ones with a higher fat content. I like Fage 2%, and usually add half a packet of Splenda. I used to add a whole packet but, as others have mentioned, I got used to the taste and now find a whole packet too sweet.

I also sometimes mix with a scoop of chocolate protein powder.

I find honey totally necessary. Not a ton, maybe 1-2 tsp, but it makes all the difference. I also like granola or crumbled cereal in mine- Special K flakes are good. And if I have berries on hand I'll throw them in.

Stir in homemade apple or pear butter. yum!

I had 1 TBS of Nature's Path Organic granola and it is delicious.
I also like it with fresh fruits, dried fruits, nuts, honey or chocolate.
My kids like it with a spoon of jam.

Cut out all sugar for a while. Your tolerance is too high. You will soon find fruit to be a great sweetener.
