| In our TH community more homeowners have kids than dont, so it is very family friendly. I know that is also true in the 3-4 other TH communities in the rosslyn-ballston corridor where we have friends. Very family-friendly, and walkable lifestyle with access to multiple playgrounds and amenities. |

| I once rented a townhouse with a roommate when I was single . It sucked and we moved to a sfh. I couldn't imagine living in one with a family sounds terrible. I would move somewhere to a sfh. |
