Love, love my mom but I know what you mean, OP. Moms have a way of pushing our buttons in a way that only moms can do.

Ex: I gave her a ride the other day and in that short drive she managed to leaf through some receipts that I had sitting in a drink holder and she then located my car registration and began to nag me about getting it renewed - it was not going to expire for another month and a half! I'll renew it when it's time Mom, give it a rest -grrr. Note: I have been handling my own car registration/inspections for well over 20 years.

Yes, she has her moments and it can be aggravating at times. But as others have mentioned - we should count our blessings to have moms who are around and who care about us. Very lucky indeed.
