Tell me about Bucknell

What I can say about Bucknell is they ran probably the worst lacrosse clinic my DD has ever been to in terms of instruction. I know these things are largely ways for the program to make $$, but from our side, it's a way to see the campus, meet the coaches & some of the players, and hopefully get some college level instruction. Head coach and asst. coach were largely off to the side talking to each other the whole time, but the worst thing in my DD's opinion were the players. They seemed hungover, definitely didn't want to be there (she overheard comments) and were talking to each other at drill stations, instead of running the drills. Guess they came by that honestly given the coaches were doing the same thing. Total waste of time and school was crossed off DD's list. No surprise to us why the school ranked at the bottom of DI. Subsequent to that experience, met a mother at a clinic at another PA school and she said they live in Lewisburg next to a house rented by Bucknell students and they've seen an eyeful. It's sworn her kids off drinking, so I guess that's a good thing!
