Odds of Feds getting July 5 off?

I agree with other posters --- ZERO Chance in hell. Sometimes done for Dec 24th, never for 4th of July.

And as posters noted, it's mandatory furlough day for EPA, IRS, HUD, and maybe a few more (think DOD furloughs start in July).
