MCPS getting ready to spring boundary changes

Same curriculums, different kids learning it makes all the difference. Teachers have to focus their time on troubled kids, kids that are only there for meals whose parents don't care what their grades are, or kids that don't even understand English. It is a huge issue in classroom learning no matter what the same agenda is. I don't want to be in a school where half the kids need ESOL, FARMS and can't understand English. Sorry but time wasted on the teacher, time spent away from my kid getting a better learning environment. That is why there is a premium for certain schools.

+1. I'm waiting to see when some MoCo schools no longer need every sign up in English and Spanish.

Good News..my school does not have signs up in English and Spanish..and they are not even W schools..

200 schools in MoCo folks, VERY large county and school district.
