Just found out I am pregnant. Quit my job that I dislike?

If yes to both, definitely quit and enjoy your pregnancy. But if there's any chance you might want to go back to this or any job, I would stick it out. As unpleasant as it can be, a bad job is not really the type of stress that can harm your baby.

Stress does harm a developing baby. I thought everyone knew that. Of course it's impossible to know the exact extent. OP, why not doing something you enjoy?

Certain TYPES of extreme stress have been proven to harm a fetus in pregnancy -- e.g. living in a war zone. Staying at a stressful job that OP has managed to handle for over 2 years is not likely to have that effect. (Unless you have a reliable cite that says different.)

You're the one who knows nothing until the studies are all conclusive?

You will be foregoing almost a year of pay if you quit now, on 1st trimester. If your DH is rich and it's been your plan from the beginning that you will SAH, then you can go ahead. But if you are still a working class household, where savings matter, I would suggest to stick around, announce your PG right away to your boss to set realistic expectations, take your maternity leave and then decide what you want to do after the baby arrives and you have 3 months to think about it. In the meanwhile, save all the money you make, you will need it, unless you are really really loaded, any savings can help once kids arrive! Use this to get help later when you SAH and need a break, use this for your weekly housekeeper and occasional babysitting to give you some sanity. If your job is really so horrible that you cannot tolerate it for a minute and show symptoms of depression and anxiety, frequent sickness, etc, then you should think of quitting. But if there are no negative side effects, outside of normal pg symptoms, I would think about it.

Hack it for another 6 months and then after the baby is born reevaluate. Hormones could be kicking in.
