| A casserole with Italian sausage, eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, basil and some other things. Had some eggplant and zucchini left over so I made ratatouille as well. Mixed that with some penne pasta and that was lunch - my son loves it! |

| I made hamburger buns yesterday so we can have pulled pork tonight. DH smoked it a few weeks ago and it was in the freezer. He made BBQ sauce for it this am. We are going to have roasted sweet potatoes with it. DD and I made PB and chocolate chip cookies this am. |
