Scandalous affairs in your circles?

I know a couple who were in their 50's. The husband decided to cheat with his wife's best friend's daughter (following?). Clincher was that the husband and wife had a house directly next to the best friend and daughter (best friend lived with her daughter). Made for good times all around.

I found out a few years ago that one of my guy friends from law school (married) has f*cked five or six of mine and DH's female friends over the years, including a long-term affair with one of his wife's good friends (our mutual friend).

Wife knows about some but not all of the affairs, and asked affair partner to play a part in their daughter's naming ceremony. The f*ckbuddy friend said YES and stood up there with the family like it had never happened. Not sure if wife knows about this or not but in any event, I have distanced myself from all parties involved in this trainwreck.

And before anybody asks/jumps on me...when the first of the affairs came out, wife told me explicitly she would prefer not to know about them and not be told if someone else knew. Which is the only reason I have not told her myself.

I remember my married 30 something high school history teacher got caught in a tent with a 17yo student. It was during the senior camping trip. He got fired, but I heard he left his wife and married the student. As far as I know, they are still together 18 yrs. later.

This. I've had several affairs over the 15 years I've been married, but I'd wager that no one in our social circle knows. The men are not people any of us know socially. They are people I meet through work.
