| We don't do GF stuffing because our GF kid wouldn't eat it anyway, but we used potato flour in the gravy this year instead of cornstarch and it came out great. |
| Whole Foods (store brand) had some gluten free stuffing cubes and I made a batch of that stuffing. It came out great. It was a bit pricey ($5 per bag that's on the small side) but if you are making it for a treat, it's worth it. Gluten free bread products are getting better and better. For everyday eating, I like Udis stuff. |
