stuffing wars

We don't do GF stuffing because our GF kid wouldn't eat it anyway, but we used potato flour in the gravy this year instead of cornstarch and it came out great.

Whole Foods (store brand) had some gluten free stuffing cubes and I made a batch of that stuffing. It came out great. It was a bit pricey ($5 per bag that's on the small side) but if you are making it for a treat, it's worth it. Gluten free bread products are getting better and better. For everyday eating, I like Udis stuff.
