I DO NOT WANT TO SEE YOUR OPEN TOILET!
DAYUMMMM!

Really? It bugs you that much? To see an open toilet?

Lol! You almost expect to see a log floating in it and some racing stripes.

I got a feeling this unit might have been a rental property.

What a dump! It won't sell at that price. Reminds me of an incredibly dumpy house we looked at last year. It was way overpriced. Finally sold for about $150,000 lower than list. It needed to be completely redone.

Assessed at $445k and listed at $995k. Hilarious!

I share this listing only for the quality of the photos ( tho it did originally list at $799,000). I get a chuckle every time I look at these. Enjoy! http://www.redfin.com/VA/Alexandria/2509-Terrett-Ave-22301/home/11844564?

Oh my. Guess you know the big family you'd be buying from in their short sale!

The photos are pretty out there, and I don't get why the realtor agreed to them. That being said, it makes me sad to think that the home was foreclosed (since it is a short sale) and the people sitting on the bed are possibly the ones losing their house.

Nope, the seller has lived there for 12 years.

If they are selling it as a short sale, then it hasn't been foreclosed, although the sellers will still be losing their house. I hope they had fun with the $300K+ that they cashed out of it, though, since the seller bought it in 1996 for $150K.

This has got to be a joke.

I did a double take when I saw that the family was sitting in the bed.

Makes me think that, if it sold you $900,000, you'd have to pay with vouchers.

Wait, this is the cluster of housing around the corner from Pulp. I always thought it was public or low-income housing???? Pretty sure it is......

Why would they pose for this pic?
