Corned Beef Row in Baltimore is the best. Lombard Street. Try Attman's.

Thanks. I'll have to try this. Anything closer to DC, or is this not really a food that's easy to get around these parts?

they are my favorite...love the Wreck sandwich, and the farmhouse salad, and the milkshakes!

I feel like quiznos is a much bigger rip off, out if the three I like pot bellies the best hands down. Then subway then quiznos.

Sadly, it isn't a food that's easy to get 'round these parts. There's a fairly tasty deli in Bethesda, and one coming in Dupont, hopefully soon. There's also an Irish/Jewish bar on H St. NE that I have to say had terrible food, though I really wanted to like it.

Is Spike Mendelsohn still doing the 6th and Rye food truck? That might be worth a try.

Ugh, i'm thinking of this thread as I eat a tasteless Subway sandwich today for lunch..

How is Subway so successful? And ubiquitous??

I have eaten there half a dozen times and gotten sick every. single. time. I'll stick to Subway, which while bland at least doesn't give me the runs.

Why don't you try Taylor Gourmet? So good.

I'd like one of their Spruce Street hoagies right now. Yum!

And PP is right, a Jewish Deli is coming to Dupont soon:
