Alright what rates are you getting right now on a 30 yr fixed?

Are some of you giving rates that a online bank QUOTED you? Have you actually closed or received final paperwork to close? Banks offer great deals all the time, but then do shady stuff like jack up fees. It is hard to compare apples to apples here.

I am looking for a 30 year loan, super conforming (Between $417 and $715, i.e. not jumbo but not reg conforming) refi. If you got a recent rate below 3.8%, can you tell me your lender? Thanks!

We got 4.5% two months ago but that was higher because it was a cashout refi (consolidated two loans into one.) But what you do need to know is that the upper limit for conforming jumbo is now $625K, not $715K as it was a while ago.

We closed on a 3.5%, no-cost mortgage (30-year fixed) through Zillow last month. Rates are lower now, so you should be able to do considerably better.

Closed in June. 3.5% 30-year fixed, 20% down, both of us have excellent credit. Mortgage is $680.
