| See above! Is 3.5 too high or average? |
| We just locked in at 3.65% for a refi. |
It's low! Is this your first home? |
|
4% rate
That is w/5% down, no PMI, and this is our first home. We were also quoted 3.75% for an FHA loan. |
| 3.5% (fha) |
| OP here, no, not my first home. Rate is for $417k of loan. Forgot to mention that. |
| It's low. I did a refi in March - 30 years on $415K of loan, and it was 3.95% with no points or closing costs. Rates have definitely dropped since then. |
| We got quoted 2.75! Can you believe that? We are 800 credit scores. This is for a re-fi....for a house we bought in 2009..which we thought had great loan rate then..but this is unbelievable. |
| Please say if you have a jumbo loan or not, as this affects the rate. |
TROLL? what is your term 30 years? and what is your loan amount and bank |
|
3.25%, 30 year fixed. Not a jumbo.
Cavalier Bank 3.75% on our rental. Same terms and bank |
| depends - is it jumbo or conforming? |
Try TDBank, their investment and OO (owner occupied) rates are the same. |
why would you call her/him a troll? is 2.75% unrealistic? just curious, not trying to incite. |
| 3.8% refi $850 loan |
