Alright what rates are you getting right now on a 30 yr fixed?

We were also quoted 3.75% for an FHA loan.

OP here, no, not my first home. Rate is for $417k of loan. Forgot to mention that.

It's low. I did a refi in March - 30 years on $415K of loan, and it was 3.95% with no points or closing costs. Rates have definitely dropped since then.

We got quoted 2.75! Can you believe that? We are 800 credit scores. This is for a re-fi....for a house we bought in 2009..which we thought had great loan rate then..but this is unbelievable.

Please say if you have a jumbo loan or not, as this affects the rate.

3.25%, 30 year fixed. Not a jumbo.

Cavalier Bank

3.75% on our rental. Same terms and bank

Try TDBank, their investment and OO (owner occupied) rates are the same.
