Oh please..Potomac and Bethesda millionaires are not moving to VA. This would mean going to McLean or Great Falls for an equal sized McMansion and they see these areas as filled with rich versions of rural bumpkins who socialize at a shopping mall. DC millionaires are not moving to either MD or VA because they can afford private school and see Potomac, Bethesda, McLean, and Great Falls as filled with rich versions of suburban bumpkins who eat at AppleBees.

Every state's budget is in the crapper because state's rely on income, property and sales tax revenues which nose dived from the US recession (which is attributable to the lack of regulation of the US financial institutions..thank you Republicans).
