What's black hair? Thanks to the raping of female slaves, black hair comes in all textures.

Sigh. There's diversity of hair textures in Africa, too, so the diversity is not all due to mixing between black slaves and white slaveowners.

Furthermore, while there's no one "black" hair type, it shouldn't be taboo to say that the hair texture of indigenous Africans is typically kinky-curly, and blacks throughout Africa and the diaspora tend to have kinky-curly to curly hair, with outliers who have wavy or straight hair.

George Clooney--what's up with the black pupils? Grandad was hittin' it.
my kids.

Clooney is supposedly Melungeon, which is a composite of Arab, European, Sub-Saharan, possibly Native American. A big ethnic group in Kentucky. Effort going on to trace DNA.

Not to me, but maybe to others.

Jennifer Beals is another one that comes to mind for me.

My husband has been asked for directions in 3 seperate countries (Italy, Mexico, India)
He's AFA.

Not really. See Sudan and genocide. The lighter skinned arabs are raping the southern women in an effort to eradicate the race there. The difference in hair textures is not only from white settlers in africa. Also see Somalia and Mali. Many tribes are migratory, hence the diversity of the gene pool.

Typical "black hair type" is tight curly. Own it. The mixtures are just that, mixtures.

Well, he may have been a very dark jew. Racially more like an Ethiopian. Where do you think jews got their curly hair and broad features? For centuries they have been a nomadic tribe of merchants. Connect the dots.

I think Aishwarya Rai would definitely qualify b/c it is not readily apparent that she is South Asian.
