Yall are so fricken snarky.
You need a felt heel lift. Take them to any shoe repair shop. They will lift up the lining and use rubber cement to put it in for you. It raises your heel about 1/8th of an inch. They should charge you 2-5 bucks to them in a pair of shoes. |

OP,
Ignore these old hags who probably don orthopedic-styled shoes. I rarely wear pastel/light colored heels, but these can be really nice depending on the outfit. Agree with pp who advised that you try a heel pad. Or you could take them to a shoe shop. A good one should be able to see the problem and help you correct it. Good luck! I agree that those shoes are HOT! |

Yes, I copied and pasted this text from the Dr. Oz site:
Four-Inch Heels and Perilous Platforms The trap: Torturing your tootsies by jamming them into fashion-victim shoes. The impact: High heels boost your risk for serious foot pain down the road by a whopping 67%. Wearing heels that are two inches or higher every day shortens calf muscles and thickens your Achilles tendons, making the world's easiest exercise -- walking -- difficult. Chunky platforms are far easier on your feet, but because you can't feel the ground under you very well, tripping on uneven pavement is a daily risk. Swap 'em for: Kitten heels and Audrey Hepburn flats. Not only are they stylish (flats are back, big-time), they're unlikely to send you careening onto the sidewalk. |
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! |
I think my fifth grade teacher wore these about 30+ years ago! |
| You guys you guys, I'm dying here. |
Hey, that was me! My sarcasm obviously didn't translate. Serves me right going against my rule of not clicking on DCUM links.

| As a licensed podiatrist, after reading the OP's post, I can tell you that neither the shoe nor her ankles are the problem. This is actually caused by the OP attempting to walk and chew gum at the same time. And no, 22:05, switching to sugarless will not alleviate this problem. Worst case scenario=OP takes the shoes off before walking although OP might consider that to be a rather drastic solution. |
| I have no problems with heels but those shoes are ugly. |
|
19:20, my mom had those shoes! Where did you find the pic?
Also, OP, you probably should have posted in the fashion forum. |
I can't remember my search terms, but I did a Google image search. hysterical, no? |

| OP really needs to ask why 3, 4, 5" heels hurt? Dumbass. |
This. Sit down, OP. There... feels better already. |
No, OP's that she thinks are hot. They aren't. The're ugly. |
