You sound like such a sad loser.

It sold at auction in 2010 for less than $400,000. Unless somebody put a lot of work into it since then , it seems overpriced.

Not being from here, it is funny to me that anyone would aspire to be here at all.

PP, the prior sales have been for the OLD property, before the new house was built. But I would like to sell you a bridge!

For the money that house is awful, small lot and you habe to explain to everyone that its a new house no thank you. House 2 and 3 are way better.

Your posts are so stupid. Anyone can see it's a new house. Go away.

Look at picture #5. What is with that fireplace? Looks like something you would see in a 50 yr old home. And where are the basement pics? I have been in some "new" homes that were 2 new levels added onto an existing foundation. The basement is usually odd. Low ceilings, small, chopped up. Not saying that is the case with this house, but why no pics? And the living room fireplace? Who puts that in a new house? Tiny lot too, 6250 sq ft.

Hate the front door. Hate the little window and the shape.

Love the front door!

Love the front door too. We looked into changing out our basic home depot esque builder door with something custom like this and it was too expensive for us but now I'm obsessed with everyone's doors.

I went by the house when they were building it, it is definitely fully new. Not even the same foundation. The basement is the ground level pics at the end of the slide show.

You're complaining about a living room fireplace? I wish more builders would spend the money to put those in these days. You're right that most bulk builders don't do that, but that is why I like this one.

Except they put 2 nice gas fireplaces in the family room and Rec room but put in a new 1950's style fireplace in the living room. What's up with that?

Golly, but is it big enough?
