Fit 50 year old folk - what is your secret

I really think never stopping with your exercise routine is the key. If you keep active your whole life-- and by "active" I mean seriously active, real cardio work and strength training-- I think you'll stay healthy and fit well into old age, barring any diseases, of course.

MY DH and I are coming up on our 35th college reunion. I met him in college and he has weighed the exact amount for 35 years. He weighs himself everyday, eats/drinks moderately and exercises a lot. Me on the other hand...I've gained too much weight.
