Gutting it out and going back to get my BA and then MA as a mid 20something rather than waiting even longer. Made a lot of other decisions easier to make.

To have children. DH and I waited 7 years after marriage before taking the plunge. I was seriously considering never having them for many years. I had a change of heart one night- threw caution to the wind and ended up with firstborn. I was not so into the pregnancy-- but holy cow--- the first time I saw him was unbelievable. We love our lives and kids and I can't believe I almost missed out on this.
