Computer System Administrator. $97K
I did make $105 2 years ago, but was laid off when my contract had to downsize. When I got back into the work force, this company could not afford to pay my old wage, so gave me an extra week of vacation annually.

I'm not the interior designer, but if people are willing to pay PP enough that she makes $230K a year as an interior, then clearly she is contributing to society. Get off your high horse.

Unfortunately, few people appreciate true craftsmen anymore. Mass production killed the craftsmen.

unless interior designer owns their own firm, most interior designers don't make more than 100k. in fact, most make mid-50s. even in dc.

Ugh. I think I'm underpaid. I'm in policy - also a director at a non profit, making $83K with a graduate degree and 14 years of experience. Do get lots of vacation and reasonable flexibility. The work is interesting at least but it would be nice to be making more. I think I deserve 90K but I'm a wimp.
