Computer System Administrator. $97K
I did make $105 2 years ago, but was laid off when my contract had to downsize. When I got back into the work force, this company could not afford to pay my old wage, so gave me an extra week of vacation annually. |
so harsh.....whatever happened to common decency and respect for other's craft? |
| Policy Director at a non-profit. 120k, 15 yrs experience, tons of flex and vacation |
I'm not the interior designer, but if people are willing to pay PP enough that she makes $230K a year as an interior, then clearly she is contributing to society. Get off your high horse. |
Unfortunately, few people appreciate true craftsmen anymore. Mass production killed the craftsmen. |
| Consultant for a top 3 firm: $320K + 30% bonus. Work my a$$ off. Travel 80-90%, most of it international. |
|
architect 70k/yr
unless interior designer owns their own firm, most interior designers don't make more than 100k. in fact, most make mid-50s. even in dc. |
| $82,000 Speech Pathologist 15 years experience. Clearly I am not in my profession for the money! |
| how about everyone on here just go to glassdoor.com and find out by profession what people make here. would save a lot of hassle. |
| $65,000 - social worker |
Your ignorance is embarrassing. |
+1 |
| 50k after taxes, work 15 hrs a week max |
Ugh. I think I'm underpaid. I'm in policy - also a director at a non profit, making $83K with a graduate degree and 14 years of experience. Do get lots of vacation and reasonable flexibility. The work is interesting at least but it would be nice to be making more. I think I deserve 90K but I'm a wimp. |
