| Many restaurants at the National Harbor are kid friendly. It's just over the bridge from Alexandria. |
| I second the Clyde's recommendation. Good menu, they take reservations, and there is validated parking. |
| Carlyle in Shirlington. |
| Founding farmers is great with kids. |
Hahahahah HAH! love this place. |
hahah heh. Bitches. |

Matchbox in Chinatown is great. The waiters bring out pizza dough for the kids to play with - my 2 year old loves the place. Busboys and Poets in Mount Vernon Square has a great bunch and is pretty kid friendly. The service can be a bit slow, but they have gotten better.
Clydes in Chinatown is also great. The food menu isn't very diverse - you know what you're going to get. But it's made for kids and you'll get seated pretty quick. |
If you live in DC..National Harbor is a million miles away. |
| Chef Geoff's. |
| Second Blue Duck Tavern for brunch--they have been lovely when we've taken our kids there. THey have crayons and pictures to color. And the food is wonderful, so the parents enjoy it, as well. |
Any thoughts on how long a wait we'd be looking at at national harbor for brunch on new years day? |
| Jackson 20 in Old Town is fairly kid friendly. Second the Majestic recommendation, as well. |
