5'4" size 8. Am overweight now (147) but my ring size hasn't changed since I was married and probably 20 pounds lighter. Some days my hands are swollen, bit usually everything fits just fine.

My ring size varies widely based on the season and humidity. Smallest is 6.75 and largest is 7.75.

I have what my father refers to as our family's "sturdy yeoman's frame," so when I'm skinny, my ring size is 7.5. My ring size is very sensitive to weight gain/loss. I'm overweight right now, and my ring size is 9.
