How do I lose this dratted ten pounds?

OP, you must be eating A LOT. I run approx 25miles a week and I used to be 30lbs overweight. I lost all that and now can just about eat whatever I want, within reason. I basically run to eat. I also rarely drink...in order to keep up my running and work FT, I simply don't have the time to drink and am exhausted and flop into bed each night.

There is no reason for you not to be as thin as you want, when tracking 7 miles a day...by anyone's standard that is a lot of mileage, almost 50 a week!

You can eat what you want and lose the last 10lbs very easily - add intervals to your running routine. I did that and the weight fell off.

OP here. It is true - I eat a lot! I tend to cut back during the week (1500-2000 calories a day). But then the dreaded ( :mrgreen weekends arrive . . . many times I don't bother counting calories because it would be too frightening (what can I say - lots of dinner parties)! 139 on the scale today . . . but have big party fun planned for Sat and a hot date night with my husband Sun eve.

Oh well! There is always next week . . .
