I don't think she meant "discrimination" but its definitely sexual harrasment in the workplace and she could sue, sue sue! Perhaps she thought she would lose her job is she didn't sleep with him or implied that she'd get a raise if she did? She can say whatever she wants and have your husband in a very hot seat, to say the least.
