Aint that just like a man. Has permission to cheat and STILL fucks it up.

Spoke to the nanny, she denies it. We both think that he is implying that they are messing around in order to mess with me. Will have a discussion with him later today. The poor girl.

I also think she is going to quit anyway and I can't blame her.

Op did you post the prior two things? You gave some SERIOUS issues! Get your shit together!

You cannot fire her because she is sleeping with your husband... Thats discrimination. I do sympatize for you and your husband should be ashamed of himself, but you will have to fire her on different terms

Huh? Did you think about that before you wrote it?

Ah, yes, the Constitutional Right to sleep with your employer's husband. And we wonder why the Tea Party or whatever the liberal equivalent is manage to get a foothold with people and rile up the masses, who then spout drivel. Americans know everything and have tons and tons of rights to do whatever they want and there can never be any bad repurcussions, because they have rights!

I do not serve in the military, although some in my extended family do. It is very fashionable these days (as it should be) to priase the military for protecting our freedoms. Sometimes I wonder, though, whether they realize that many people whose freedoms they are protecting have absolutely no clue what they are.

Read the Constitution, people. Learn what rights you actually have and what is so great about them (because they are!). And, for the PP who thinks it is discrimination to fire the nanny in this circumstance, I recommend finding an Idiot's Guide to Title VII. For starters, it doesn't apply to somebody who employs less than 15 people. But, I know, you have rights!

Are you serious?!

I'll play your game. Unprofessional behavior in the workplace and attending to personal business while on the job.

What a joke. Please take the time to educate yourself on true discrimination.

If ever a nanny cam was in order...

What if the DH is only sleeping with the nanny because she's hispanic? Then is it discrimination to fire her?

I think she meant that since she is no longer with her husband she is probably going to fire the nanny out of anger at her husband. The nanny and husband are both pigs and should be ashamed of themselves.

Did OP say they were sleeping with each other in the work place?
