Are you still close with your childhood friends?

I am much closer to my childhood/high school friends than college friends. College friendships were so fleeting, really. Also the guys I dated in high school mean alot when I think about them sometimes. College boyfriends/dates...I can't even remember their names (except the one I married). The college friends I keep in touch with are the guys that were my husbands friends there (that were people HE grew up with...go figure)
