Does your female co-worker's short skirt bother you?

Then she left or was forced out, not sure.

Good for her!

No. It doesn't matter what a woman dresses like. It's usually men who are sluts.

Did anything happen to the men involved?

And what does it say about the three of you who were willing to knowingly sleep with the same woman?

it only bothers me when I'm having a fat day and she looks fabulous. hmm...which gets me thinking. OP are you the jealous type? Sounds like it!!!! Unless the skirt is one of those skirts that might as well be a bandana, I bet its actually long enough.

She looked fantastic, but not really professional. I don't know that anyone ever said anything, but I do think she was taken a bit less seriously than she otherwise would have been. Yes, the frumpy-looking female associates in the slacks and turtlenecks got better work. But that may be just a law firm thing.

So it didn't bother me in the sense that I thought it was extremely inappropriate, but I did wonder if she was shooting herself in the foot a bit. And I would personally never dress that way at work even if I could pull it off (which I couldn't), because I wouldn't want to have the feeling, as a different colleague did, that the older male partner was staring at her cleavage. Obviously this is his problem and inability to control himself, not hers - but a nasty sensation all the same and one that I would rather not experience.

Bitch-slap on me! I'm wearing a turtleneck sweater and slacks as I read this...

ah, a tight turtleneck can be sexy if you have nice firm big cans.

I don't think it's very professional, but I guess it doesn't matter if it's a job with no clients. If there are clients of any sort, employees should really present a professional, non-sexual image so they don't jeapardize business. There are plenty of ways to be stylish and attractive without being inappropriate.
