Anyone hear from LAMB yet?

| Holy cow, just got our postcard and DC's # is high 20s! I sure hope all that this talk of "all kids are waitlisted until the new space is approved" is true because we are in the triple digits for ALL the other DCPS and charter lotteries. |

| At the actual lottery the Director was hugging folks who were present whose numbers were picked (she says it "never" happens that someone is there and has there number picked and it happened 4 or 5 times in a room of only about 25-30 people that day). Anyway, one woman got #69 and she gave her a hug and said "I should give you a half a hug because you might get in, but you might not". People prior to this were getting "full" hugs... LOL. I would say if you have a number in the top 60 you're probably in once this approval happens. |
